About Jinco Inc
Jinco Inc was founded in 1985 by Rene Jinorio with a simple approach: build it right, build it on time, and stand behind every project. Over four decades and more than 100 completed projects later, that approach hasn't changed — it's just grown.
Today, Rene and his son Justin Jinorio lead a hands-on team that manages every phase of construction, from the first cost estimate to handing over the keys. As a licensed general contractor and real estate developer based in Secaucus, NJ, we specialize in multi-family residential buildings and mixed-use developments across Hudson County and North Jersey.
What We Do
We build apartment buildings. That's our bread and butter — ground-up, multi-family residential construction. Our projects range from smaller multi-unit buildings to large-scale developments with 70+ units, and we handle everything in between. We manage budgets, coordinate subcontractors, administer bank draws, navigate permitting, and keep projects moving from groundbreaking through final occupancy.
Whether it's a 21-unit building on Tonnelle Avenue or a 72-unit development, we bring the same level of attention and accountability to every job.
Where We Build
Hudson County is our home turf. We've built extensively in West New York, North Bergen, and Guttenberg, where we've developed strong working relationships with local officials and understand the permitting landscape inside and out. We also have deep experience building in Jersey City and Union City — two municipalities known for complex approval processes — and we know how to navigate them efficiently.
How We Work
We're a small, tight-knit team, and that's by design. When you work with Jinco, you work directly with the people running the project. There's no layers of management between you and the decision-makers. Rene and Justin are involved from day one, and you'll have a direct line to them throughout the entire build.
We manage our projects down to the line item — tracking every trade, every subcontractor draw, and every dollar against the budget. That discipline is how we deliver projects on schedule and on budget, and it's why our clients and lenders trust us with multi-million dollar developments.
